I’m sensitive and have a trauma history. Will I feel safe here?
Yes. All of Arwen’s work is rooted in trauma-informed principles, consent-based facilitation, and nervous-system awareness. You are always invited to move at your own pace, opt out, or pause. Your boundaries, signals, and capacity are honoured above any outcome or agenda.
Do I need to be “spiritual enough” or have a business to work with you?
No. Many clients arrive in seasons of transition, curiosity, or quiet unraveling. Some are seasoned leaders, others are just beginning to hear their soul’s whispers. You simply need a willingness to be honest with yourself and a desire to live more fully expressed.
How do I know which offering is right for me?
Begin by noticing how your body responds as you read through each offering — spacious, tingly, emotional, grounded. You can also share your season, desires, and capacity via the contact form, and Arwen will personally reflect the space that feels most aligned.
Are your retreats and containers inclusive?
Yes. All identities, backgrounds, bodies, and lived experiences are welcome. We actively honour diversity, nuance, and intersectionality, and are committed to cultivating spaces of belonging where you are not asked to fragment or perform.
